I HAVE A PLAN

To shave my head.
Does that count as clickbait? Well it’s true, I have a plan set in motion to shave my head. The final stage is rather simple and self explanatory so I’ll explain the process. The real point of this is not an orthodox “cutting my hair to start over” sort of thing, I’ve done that time and time again. I want to see just how many people I can turn into, and how much hair I can fry off before I turn bald. Ideally, there will also be a physical transformation to enhance an undeniable feeling that I am changing. Not really into someone new, just always changing. After I fry it all off with an assortment of colors and patterns, I’ll start cutting it, each week or so, a different hair style until I am inevitably buzzed. There is a deadline for all of these things, but the clearest is the date of divorcing my hair from my head: The first day of summer.
On the first day of summer a number of things will occur, it will be above or at least 92 degrees fahrenheit, or 34 celsius, I will burn my legs and arms on the leather seats of my car and my fingers on the belt buckle and steering wheel, it’ll start to sting if I show my back to the sun for too long, and a single step outside will be enough for me reach my dew point. That is how I will know the time has come. Any day before then will not be acknowledged as Summer despite what anyone may pretend to say otherwise. It’s my world, and my season, #idontneedpetalstobepinkbloomingfloweremoji. Once I shave it, logically, I’ll have to bleach it. It’s hard to say the amount of times this will happen before autumn, what with a new flight of experimentation to ensue.
On the first day of fall, a day the wind chills my bare neck when I refuse to admit I should’ve worn a sweater, I will buzz it again, and I guess at that point we’ll reassess if I’m ready to be still. Or maybe I will be only more comfortable than I am now in chameleon skin. I think of this less of my schizo canon buzzcut era, and even less as the canon male blackpill lock in, and more like an experiment to finding out if I can get it all out of my system conveniently, or if I’ll celebrate my first batch of gray hairs thankful I’ll no longer have to buy bleach. A closer event to think about is a follow up post looking back at this once Summer starts or maybe when it ends.
Final thoughts, today I went from pink to purple hair and I think this is sort of how blogging works, we’ll find out.
